Christine Morgan is a past student of Ardenne High School and the UWI, Mona Campus, and lives by the motto of Ardenne High School “Deo Duce Quaere Optima” meaning "With God as guide, seek the best." A Justice of the Peace, a Distinguished Lieutenant Governor of Kiwanis International, a Certified Customer Service Professional and with an MSc in Human Resource Development, Christine has been working in the Life Insurance industry for the greater part of 35 years serving in the areas of New Business, Premium Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Claims Administration, Employee Benefits and Human Resources.
She served as a Past President of the Insurance Association of Jamaica Claims/Underwriters Committee for two years and a Past President of the Jamaica Customer Service Association, also for two years. During her tenure with Island Life Insurance Company Ltd., Life of Jamaica Ltd. (now Sagicor Life), Prime Life Assurance Company Ltd. and Guardian Life Ltd., she served in various positions such as Senior Customer Service Manager, Senior Manager at Guardian Group Foundation, Senior Manager Sales & Marketing Department, Customer Service & Call Centre Supervisor and Branch Administrator. Christine has been awarded numerous awards, such as Chairman’s award, Employee of the Month/Quarter and Manager of the Year. She is the holder of several professional certificates having attended numerous seminars/courses (both locally and overseas) in the field of Leadership, Coaching, Human Resource Development, Customer Service and Public Speaking. Christine currently serves on two private companies boards, one of which she is the Board Chair.
With a passion for helping people, Christine believes that Life Insurance is one of the best financial tools for an individual or family to have, to secure their financial future. With this zeal for service, she continues this entrepreneurial path as a Financial Advisor with Lawe Insurance Brokers Limited.
